Residential vehicles

The term 'Residential vehicles' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' Motorized vehicles usedby U.S. households for personal transportation. Excluded are motorcycles, mopeds, large trucks, and buses. Included are automobiles, station wagons, passenger vans, cargo vans, motor homes, pickup trucks,and jeeps or similar vehicles. In order to be included (in the EIAsurvey), vehicles must be (1) owned by members of the household, or (2)company cars not owned by household members but regularly available to household members for their personal use and ordinarily kept at home, or(3) rented or leased for 1 month or more'.
